I think its the most underrated and underappreciated concept in the world. Its so important for everything. For health, rains or even survival of humans, everything has to be in perfect equilibrium.
We keep reading the importance of protein, physical health, mental health & then sexual health, sleep, food etc. So for health, everything has to be in perfect equilibrium. Now if we zoomin to any aspect it has its own components. Like the mental health is comprised of your mental wellbeing at home, work, with friends etc.
This also explains how underrated or ignored luck and randomness is. Nassim Taleb is right.
